“It is a very clean and convenient hotel. But the shuttle did not service in the afternoon I arrived because of absence of the driver. I was told I could get reimbursed but needed to wait until the morning when the front desk manager was in -- I did not get reimbursed at the end. No clear instructions were given for booking the shuttle to the airport the next morning. Breakfast was OK but lacked variety.”

The property is amazing and the employees are extremely friendly. If you’ve ever heard the saying “Culture eats strategy for breakfast"…this leadership team has it figured out! “Poor plumbing!! The sink kept clogging up..there were hair on the “clean” towels!! Overall the place seems to be falling apart from neglect!! The carpet smells super musty!! However, the location is great!!”
